With visits to the Dalyan Mud Baths or Ephesus, one of the wonders of the ancient world, a trip to the limestone waterfalls at Pamukkale and the chance to take a real Turkish bath, you will find plenty to do.

Local Cuisine:

To eat Turkish-Style is to choose a series of small dishes known as meze, or snacks such as borek (little parcels of filo pastry filled with meat or goat's cheese) and pide (Turkish pizza). And, doner and shish kebaps are infinitely superior to those back home.
